Claire is originally from the United States, married to a local, and raising her family in Carraroe. She attended massage school in New York and received a license in Rhode Island while living there.

 

She spent five years training for a lactation certification. On January 1st, 2024, she received her international board certification. She now runs a free breastfeeding group and private consultations for breast and bottle feeding based in Carraroe.

Now that she is living in the Gaeltacht, Claire is also learning Irish.
